1. Measure Your Wrist
- Use a soft measuring tape (or a strip of paper/string and a ruler).
- Wrap it snugly around the part of your wrist where you’d normally wear a bracelet.
- Note the measurement in centimeters.
2. Choose Your Bracelet Size
We add approximately 1 cm to your wrist size for a comfortable fit.

If your bracelet isn’t the perfect fit when it arrives, just let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange a re-size for you. Please note that you’ll need to cover the postage cost when sending your bracelet back to us.
The number of beads used in each bracelet depends on the size, and because our semi-precious gemstones are completely natural, they may vary ever so slightly in shape, size, and appearance. Each bracelet is lovingly handmade rather than mass-produced, which means no two pieces are ever exactly the same—making your bracelet truly unique.

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from the UK within 2-3 business days.
UK Orders:
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–5 working days. Free for orders over £50.
If you need faster shipping, we offer Tracked 24 and Special Delivery upgrades and if you need faster processing or have a special request, please feel free to message us via the contact form.
Special / Next Day Delivery: Guaranteed next working day delivery if ordered by 12:00 PM Monday–Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or Bank Holidays will be processed the following working day.
International Orders:
International orders are shipped via International Tracked (estimated delivery: 5 -10 business days).
Please note that shipping times may vary during busy seasons or due to customs delays.
Customs & Import Taxes:
International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. However, for orders shipped to the USA and Canada, duties and taxes are included in the shipping charge.
